    Summary
    We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.

    Duties
    - Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
    - Respond to IT issues; provide technical support across the company (this may involve in-person or remote assistance).
    - Maintain IT documentation and records.
    - Collaborate with the IT team to complete projects
    - Be the face of Technology

    Skills
    - Proficiency in Windows operating systems.

    - MS Office suite

    - Intune
    - Knowledge of computer networking.
    - Experience with ServiceNow
    - Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users.
    - Strong skills in software troubleshooting and familiarity with IT infrastructure.
    - Customer service-oriented approach.
