About this opportunity:

We have an immediate full-time opening for a Television Sales Coordinator to work with our top-notch team, providing support to KXLY Television and Phase 3 Digital in Spokane, Washington. Excellent telephone, email and verbal communication and problem-solving skills are required. Applicants must show enthusiasm, work initiative, and possess strong organizational and computer skills, including MS Office. Accuracy and the ability to interact with clients and our rep firm in a professional manner is essential. Learning database and industry software is required. What you'll do:

Assist Sales Managers in day-to-day duties.

Enter and maintain all national orders.

Effectively communicate with national/local sales representatives and advertising agencies across the country.

Develop a thorough understanding of Nielsen ratings, Wide Orbit, Miller Kaplan, Media Monitors, Scarbrough, Waymark and other research tools.

Create support9ive marketing materials for the sales team and assist in the development of sales proposals, advertising packages and client presentations.

Assist with political, paid programming and direct response advertising.

Support the local sales team.

Back up Television Program Coordinator.

Maintain and track tickets for clients.

Work with the General Sales Manager to keep rate cards updated with correct programming.

Update programming and rates in Wide Orbit Media Sales.

Updated political FCC files as needed.

Proficient in all programs of Microsoft Office. (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Related military experience will be considered.
