The Whitaker Group (TWG) is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to oversee and execute our clients' digital marketing campaigns. TWG is a results-driven, e-commerce focused web design and multi-channel digital marketing firm located in Greenville, SC. TWG employees are centrally located in Greenville, SC. We're looking for applicants within 50 miles of Greenville, SC, but the position is work from home. 

Our clients' success on the web is everything to us and we’re accountable to their bottom line. Ensuring optimal digital ROI for our clients will be inherent to the responsibilities of the position. This candidate must be self-starting, accountable and willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced, virtual agency environment.

This position will be responsible for overseeing, optimizing and launching digital marketing campaigns that add value to our lead generation and e-Commerce clients.Primary Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily deployment of comprehensive digital marketing plans, including Search Engine Marketing, Paid Social Media Marketing, Organic Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing and SEO efforts that will effectively and efficiently generate revenue for TWG clients.
• Responsible for daily deployment of comprehensive digital marketing plans, including Google Ad/Google Shopping Campaigns, Facebook Ad Campaigns, SEO, and Email Marketing that will effectively and efficiently generate revenue for TWG clients.
• This position requires fastidious, number-crunching analytical detail to ensure that client goals are regularly met. Detailed, granular, daily management of digital campaigns to ensure campaign-level and holistic revenue, ROAS, or lead generation requirements is required.
• Work with remote team members and contractors to ensure completion of tasks. Assist in other miscellaneous processes, procedures and tasks, as needed, to support the team in different website and multi-channel digital marketing efforts.
• Actively manage inbound/outbound SEO efforts and to continually optimize company blog and existing content to maximize organic campaigns for our clients.
• Daily management and execution of clients’ social media and email marketing calendar
• Content marketing responsibilities include working with contracted copywriters to create keyword optimized blogs and content marketing strategies for diverse industries.
• This position requires a strong ability of building and managing strategic client relationships, leading or helping support client communications when needed. The ability to understand, manage, and ultimately exceed client expectations will be inherent to generating the trust needed to manage and grow these relationships.

Experience & Skills Desired

• Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications or business-related field required.
• 5+ years in eCommerce digital marketing fundamentals. Driving tangible, data-driven results for Direct to Consumer, ecommerce marketing clients.
• 5+ years experience in managing Google and Bing search campaigns. Proficiency in Google shopping, including Shopping Feed aggregation, Google Merchant and Manufacturer setup and Google Analytics/GTM tracking
• 5+ years SEO experience and strong understanding of organic search optimization, technical search and related search strategies.
• Tangible experience and demonstrated success concepting, building and managing funnel-driven FB, Instagram and paid social media campaigns
• Possess a data and analytics-driven approach to marketing. The ability to deliver constructive and analytical feedback regarding current and future marketing efforts is imperative.
• Ability to work in HTML/CSS
• Tangible experience in major CMS’s. Wordpress, Woocommerce, Shopify and BigCommerce preferred
• 4+ years of experience in email marketing platforms like Klaviyo and Mailchimp.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
