The ACP Program (Affordable Connectivity Program) has allocated 14 billion dollars in funds to help low-income families connect to the internet. We are a mid-size marketing company looking to distribute free tablets and phones with 5 years of free data service to churches, nursing homes, hospitals, schools, community centers and anywhere that there is a need. If you have retail, sales, customer service, B2B, door to door, kiosk experience, this is a great role for you with a great cause!

This is a full time role Monday - Friday with flexible hours. Our top producer is grossing $2,000 per week. Please join us in this effort!

Currently seeking motivated Lifeline & ACP Program Field Agents /Event Associates with an industry leader!

This is a great opportunity for motivated Lifeline Agents in the Columbus area who desire to grow with us! One of the nation’s largest GSM networks and through federal and state government programs, they help qualified consumers receive free wireless service that includes a tablet or phone, talk time, text and data - all free! In this role you will be traveling to and from various locations, upon arrival you will be setting up a table and product information as well as mobile devices. You will be responsible for successfully distributing tablets & cellular devices in compliance with Federal, State, and business regulations/ rules to people in need in the communities where you are stationed for various events inside or outside of retail, state, federal, & any other public or private locations. You will assist with local event marketing, inventory, data entry through state and federal compliance systems to ensure accurate documentation.

(Some are earning up to $2,000 per week and there is no cap on the bonus you can earn!)

Job Duties & Qualifications

• Positive, trustworthy, upbeat demeanor with a problem-solving mentality
• Enjoys working outdoors being customer facing - not being stuck inside behind a computer – You will p repare designated sites (mostly outdoor) with signage and tents.
• Must be skilled using mobile devices, tables, and accurately entering data and troubleshooting as needed
• Travel to various markets maintain inventory, supplies and promotional material to ensure that event site is properly set up, is tidy and maintained at all times
• Educate consumers on how program works and efficiently & accurately processing sign ups.
• Verify documents for authenticity and eligibility, accurate Account for product and activity with daily reports.
• Deliver excellent service creating a great customer experience.
• English/ Bilingual Spanish/ any other languages also a plus.
• A key responsibility is to ensure the regulatory & company policies are adhered to during the event and in our partner organizations. Setting the example of integrity and consumer friendliness is key to this position.

Requirement:

• Because this position has the possibility of changing location you must have the ability to get to and from various locations with little notice, on occasion it could be same day.
• You will need to be proficient with smartphones and tablets and have the ability to work independently.
• You must be able to transport a 5 X 5 event tent and small table, chair, iPad, mobile devices and marketing material to and from event locations.
• Ability to set up event tent/booth which includes but is not limited to: lifting upwards of 50 lbs., stooping, bending, lifting your arms above your head, and working on your feet in a broad range of working environments.
• Excellent command of English language (read/write/speak) Bilingual a plus!
• 18 years of age or older.
• Strong oral communication skills. Proficiency with standard tablet/iPad productivity apps (Gmail, Camera, mobile devise apps.) Motivation to succeed in meeting & exceeding goals.

Helpful

• Background in telecommunications and/or customer service industry or with community action organizations, retail and non-profits is a plus.
• Some Outside or Residential sales or Lifeline experience a plus
