A Talent Acquisition Associate is responsible for assisting the recruitment process, identifying and maintaining communication with top talent, and ensuring a positive candidate experience from start to finish.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment preferred.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Knowledge of the construction industry preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles across departments. Use job boards, social media platforms, and networking tools to attract and identify qualified candidates.
- Identify top talent and cultivate relationships for future recruitment needs.
- Review resumes, applications, and evaluate candidates based on job requirements and company culture fit.
- Manage and utilize an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process and track candidate information.
- Create and manage job descriptions, post job openings on relevant platforms, and ensure job postings align with organizational branding and objectives.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers. Prepare interview materials to ensure smooth interview processes.
- Assist with onboarding of new hires.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing them with timely updates and feedback.
- Other duties as assigned.
