    Job Description

    The Special Projects Division of KPFF is growing and looking for an ambitious and initiative-driven **** Talent Acquisition Assistant in Seattle, WA. The Talent Acquisition Assistant must be customer service focused with the ability to balance multiple assignments in a fast-paced, team environment. A team-oriented approach and the ability to collaborate with technical professionals is essential. The ability to listen and understand expectations, take direction from peers, and communicate effectively and proactively is required.

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    • Applicant Tracking System administration
    • Create, review and update job postings
    • Update Applicant Tracking sheets
    • Coordinate virtual and in-person interviews
    • Conduct phone interviews
    • Coordinate travel and hotel for interviews
    • Conduct reference checks
    • Source candidates through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks
    • Organize and attend job career fairs and recruitment events
    • Assist in on boarding new hires
    • Assist in internship program coordination
    • Review current recruiting platforms and help to make suggestions to increase talent pool
    • Support office in other general tasks as needed or assigned

    • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as needed

    Compensation:

    The base salary for this role is competitive and will be determined based on the candidate's experience, education, and skills. The expected range for a qualified candidate is $55,000-$65000. Additionally, we offer performance-based bonuses to recognize and reward outstanding contributions in each Reporting Center. During the interview process, we'll provide detailed information and address any questions you may have about the overall compensation package and benefits.
