Candidate Sourcing
Develop and execute strategies to source candidates, such as referrals, direct search, and networking events.
Screen resumes and profiles to identify qualified candidates.
Use LinkedIn, job boards, and recruitment databases to find and reach out to high-potential candidates.
Candidate Screening and Interviewing
Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback post-interview.
Use behavioral and technical questions to assess candidates during phone, video, and in-person interviews.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain relationships with candidates to create a strong talent pipeline.
Maintain close communication with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align on requirements.
Provide candidates with a positive experience, regardless of the outcome, to strengthen the employer brand.
Coordinating the Hiring Process
Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate assessments or pre-employment tests.
Manage communications between candidates and the hiring team.
Assist with extending offers and negotiating terms, when necessary.
Employer Branding
Promote the organization’s culture, values, and benefits to attract top talent.
Represent the company at job fairs, university events, and networking sessions.
Share employer branding content on social media platforms and other channels.
Reporting and Compliance
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within applicant tracking systems.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies throughout the hiring process.
There are some MUST-HAVES:
2-3 years' experience in a recruiting or recruiting assistant type of role
2+years of working in a complex, dynamic, fast-paced and high-volume environment which flexibility and resourcefulness as a valued trait
This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 20 lbs. Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods of time and ensuring a professional demeanor, clear communication, and appearance in a clean uniform are also required
