Job Title: Talent Acquisition Leader
Compensation: $180,000 - $210,000 Annual Salary
The base salary or hourly wage range for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. About the Role:
The role focuses on leading and enhancing the Talent Acquisition Team's performance and processes. Responsibilities include creating the recruitment strategy, including recruitment marketing aligned with organizations strategic priorities, while optimizing the candidate experience and supporting operational needs. The role involves mentoring team members, collaborating with Operations on key initiatives, and driving Key Performance Indicators. Additional responsibilities include providing data-driven insights, managing recruiting initiatives, overseeing data integration and technology solutions, and enhancing employee brand marketing. This position is integral to aligning recruitment strategies with organizational goals while fostering a positive and efficient recruitment experience.
Responsibilities:
Create and implement recruitment strategy based on organizational, and people and culture, strategic priorities. Strategy should include recruitment marketing actions, KPI creation all focused on building our employment branding to attract and hire top talent. Closely monitor established KPIs and adjust strategy as needed to achieve stated priorities.
Continually review and optimize processes to ensure we provide an exceptional candidate, and internal stakeholder, experience
Team Management: Overseeing performance management of the Recruiting Team, develop and Mentor members of the Recruiting Team
Collaborate with our Operations and L&D partners to develop strong talent assessment capabilities for hiring managers in order for them to select and retain top talent
Provided data insights to help elevate the recruiting function and support to hiring managers
Identify and implement recruiting partnerships that will create a pipeline of talent for roles within our restaurants, CKs and support center
In partnership with the People Technology Leader own the ATS and data integration, ensuring the system is configured optimally to for candidate, and hiring manager, experience as well as providing a robust dashboard allow for data based decision making

Job Requirements:
8-10 Years of Relevant Experience
Experience as a Recruiting Director or Director of Talent Acquisition required.
Strong supervisory and leadership skills
Experience in designing structure and implementing career development
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly motivated and able to adapt to change
Pass the company’s background check qualifications
Positive and Professional Attitude
Preferred Requirements:
Experience in hospitality or food & beverage industry or multi unit experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field or relevant experience
Special Requirements:
Travel as needed to support stores in field
