We are searching for a full-time, experienced Talent Acquisition / HR Manager Specialist to join our growing team at Cabanas Law Firm. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization by leading our recruitment efforts, attracting top talent, and fostering a collaborative workplace culture. Responsibilities: • Developing and executing recruitment strategies to meet organizational hiring goals. • Managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. • Collaborating with department managers to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and craft compelling job descriptions. • Utilizing multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and partnerships, to attract top talent. • Screening resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates' qualifications and cultural fit. • Overseeing the applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline candidate pipeline management. • Tracking recruitment metrics and providing regular updates to leadership. • Staying current with industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to hiring. • Providing mentorship and guidance to recruitment staff. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, including 2+ years in a managerial role. • Proven success in developing and executing recruitment strategies. • Expertise in recruitment best practices, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and hiring tools. • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills. • Ability to handle multiple hiring priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Experience with diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruiting is a plus. Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 DOE
