You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying candidates to onboarding, while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
• \- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process from start to finish. -
• Manage relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
• Stay updated on employment labor laws and best practices in recruiting to ensure compliance.
• Assist in employee orientation and onboarding processes to integrate new hires effectively.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process
• Source and engage potential candidates
• Conduct interviews and collaborate with hiring managers
• Ensure timely and efficient hiring for all roles

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in talent acquisition
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
