About the Role: We’re seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist who is skilled in recruiting, team leadership, and building strong relationships. You’ll be responsible for driving the recruitment process and supporting the development of top-tier talent, all while fostering a motivated and high-performing team. While prior experience in real estate is not required, familiarity with the industry is a plus. Compensation: • Base salary of $24,000, plus an attractive bonus structure. • The potential to earn $150,000+ annually based on performance. There are no limits on your earning potential. • Paid Time Off (PTO). • Fully remote position; however, candidates must be based in Florida and willing to travel as needed. Responsibilities: • Recruitment & Onboarding: Proactively identify, interview, and hire top sales talent. Guide new hires through their onboarding process and support them as they work toward their first 10 closings, before transitioning them to the Director of Sales. • Goal Setting & Performance Tracking: Collaborate with new hires and sales associates to set clear, measurable career goals. Conduct regular check-ins to track progress and ensure alignment with performance expectations. • Performance Management: Provide motivation and accountability, ensuring agents meet or exceed performance targets. Continuously assess and review individual performance to maintain high standards. • Lead Management & Follow-Up: Oversee lead generation and ensure timely follow-ups, driving lead conversion and fostering growth. • Sales & Business Development: Lead regular team meetings, coach agents on sales scripts, and support agents in generating new business and leads. • Team Development: Work with agents to set development goals, create actionable plans, and offer ongoing support to encourage professional growth. Qualifications: • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Build rapport quickly and cultivate positive relationships with team members. • Leadership & Motivation: Proven experience leading, managing, and inspiring teams to meet and exceed performance goals. • Goal-Oriented: Expertise in goal setting, strategic planning, and driving team success. • Talent Acquisition: Experience in recruiting and developing high-performing talent to meet business needs. • Problem-Solving: A proactive, solution-oriented approach to overcoming challenges and driving team success. • Sales Process Knowledge: Solid understanding of sales principles and best practices. Real estate knowledge is an asset. • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with technology and systems; familiarity with MLS platforms is a plus. Compensation: $150,000+ OTE
