KPFF Consulting Engineers is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team, supporting multiple offices within our California operations, with potential expansion in the future. This role is both consultative and hands-on, requiring someone who can adapt to varying hiring processes while providing strategic recruiting support to diverse teams.
As a key partner to hiring managers, administrative staff, and operational leaders, you will drive full-cycle recruitment efforts, cultivate passive candidates, and streamline hiring processes while maintaining flexibility for the unique needs of each team. **Work Environment & Flexibility: **This role is fully remote, with preference for candidates based in Pacific or Mountain Time Zones to align with the working hours of our west coast offices. Occasional travel may be required for team meetings and office visits to strengthen partnerships and support hiring managers across multiple locations.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:
Compensation: The base salary for this role is competitive and will be determined based on the candidate's experience, education, and skills. The expected range for a qualified candidate with 3-5 years of experience is $75,000 – $85,000.
