The rewards of being part of The Carin Nguyen Real Estate Network include: • A fun, productive, kind, and thriving team • Personal mentorship and leadership development opportunities • A steady stream of inbound applications with new candidates to speak with every day • A groundbreaking and thriving atmosphere • The option to work from any of our three offices (Scottsdale, Gilbert, and Litchfield Park) Responsibilities: • Lead initiatives to rapidly recruit high-producing and high-potential real estate agents to the office • Oversee the hiring of team employees as well as our sales team • Ensure that newly licensed team members are properly connected with an appropriate field trainer based on intrinsic compatibility • Attend promotional events, tradeshows, and workshops representing our team and our organizational values • Promote a strong learning-based environment focused on quality and results, ensuring new agents’ intrinsic motivation is aligned with our culture • Maintain a positive and empowering environment that both challenges associates to reach their potential and also provides for a caring, people first, atmosphere Qualifications: • Must have experience recruiting commissioned salespeople and 1+ yrs of sales experience OR 3+ yrs of sales experience • Ability to build powerful relationships and recruit effectively and consistently • Strong verbal leadership and communication skills and social poise • A background in real estate sales is preferred, though a candidate with an exceptional track record in another endeavor, who also possesses exceptional leadership skills will also be considered • Proven ability to work in a collaborative team setting as well as drive work individually • Top candidates will be will be self-motivated and naturally high-achievers, who highly value the results of their team • They will be persuasive and persevering and act ethically with personal integrity, and a high regard for others. • The ideal candidate will be seeking responsibility and growth and committed to attaining the highest level of results Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 total comp annually
