    The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying, engaging, and interviewing top talent to support the growth of our company. This role plays a crucial part in building a high-performing team by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring a smooth and positive hiring experience. Reporting to the Director of Growth, the ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented recruiting professional with a passion for connecting top talent to the right opportunities within EmpowerHome. Thriving in a fast-paced environment, they understand that successful placements drive both business growth and individual success. Responsibilities: • Source, screen, and interview candidates for roles within EmpowerHome • Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and long-term potential • Manage and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates, monitoring daily interviews and candidate progress within the pipeline • Track and report recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill and candidate conversion rates • Provide regular updates to the Director of Sales Operations on candidate status and pipeline progress • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and refine job requirements • Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract top talent • Proactively identify and develop relationships with potential candidates who match our ideal candidate profile by utilizing tools such as Brokermetrics • Own total execution of recruiting events, both in person and virtual, ensuring the process for email and social media marketing is completed fully and on time • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing clear communication and timely follow-ups throughout the hiring process • Collaborate with the Growth Department and internal stakeholders to improve hiring strategies and processes • Follow up with Interviewers to ensure notes are entered in the CRM, next steps are outlined, and follow-through is executed • Send agreements to qualified candidates promptly • Respond to all emails in a timely and professional manner • Assist agents in transferring their licenses to the Market Center, guiding and supporting agents through the onboarding process • Ensure new agents are added to calendar invites and relevant Slack channels • Collaborate with leadership to plan and coordinate EmpowerUp events Qualifications: • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and area/department leadership. • Experience in high-growth industries like real estate, sales, or business development. • Experience conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications. • Familiarity with recruiting tools, CRMs, job boards, and Google Office Applications. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through. • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000+ yearly
