    DESCRIPTION

    When joining Wright, the WTS Talent Associate’s primary responsibility is to build and maintain a talent community aligned to specific technical skillsets. The purpose of building a talent community is to provide a consistent pool of candidates for the open roles being recruited on by the Talent Consultants. Your secondary responsibility is to generate leads for the Senior Talent Consultants.

    Provided you meet the Success Criteria, after contributing to a set number of placements you will become a Talent Consultant. Your focus will shift to full cycle recruiting. From your first day with Wright, to the time you become a Talent Consultant typically takes six to nine months. A significant increase in salary and participation in our industry leading commission plan awaits at the time you become a Talent Consultant. We maintain an industry leading 86% success rate for those joining Wright.

    Other details of the position include:

    • Performing initial screening of all candidates.
    • Sourcing and scheduling Candidate Interview Calls for the Talent Consultants.
    • Maintaining detailed candidate records and communications history in the WTS applicant tracking system.
    • Maintaining detailed client records and communications history in the WTS CRM system.
    • Executing against a weekly WTS activity plan. Note that a daily activity plan may be used during the orientation period.
    • Ability to meet the qualifications outlined in the Success Criteria for your role.
    • Help to generate new Leads for the Sr. Talent Consultant.
    • Participating in company sponsored volunteer events.

    QUALIFICATIONS
    Individuals being considered for the WTS Talent Consultant role will have at minimum:

    • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
    • Prior exposure to recruiting or sales strongly preferred.
    • Two years of prior work experience, including internships.
    • You love talking to people and getting to know them.
    • You love helping people.
    • You are a curious person.
    • You are creative.
    • You work hard but like to have fun.
    • Natural born multi-tasker who’s not easily frazzled.
    • You have a genuine interest in technology and understanding of how things work.
    • A willingness to ‘show up’ daily prepared to deliver for our clients and candidates.
    • ‘Whatever it takes’ attitude to winning and delivering on high quality business.
    • Detail and quality oriented.
    • Willingness and desire to always be learning new skills.
    • Professional and friendly in candidate and customer communication.
    • Integrity and honesty in everything you do, even if it means losing a deal.
    • A track record of meeting or exceeding goals and performance metrics.
    • Strong desire to eventually move into sales.

    LOCATION

    As a Talent Associate you will be required to spend most days on-site in the Wright headquarters in Mayfield Heights, OH. You will become a hybrid employee once you become a Talent Consultant. Talent Consultants work in the office three days per week of their choosing and two days remote.
