    Job Description

    As a Talent & Culture Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various aspects of Talent & Culture (T&C) functions related to talent acquisition, employee engagement, and culture initiatives within the organization. You will work closely with T&C leadership, managers, and employees to ensure the smooth execution of T&C programs and initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Talent Acquisition Support:
    * Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
    * Coordinate candidate communication and logistics for interviews, assessments, and onboarding activities.
    * Maintain applicant tracking systems and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information.
    
    1. Employee Onboarding and Offboarding:
    * Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation sessions, and introductions to company policies and culture.
    * Coordinate exit interviews and assist with offboarding procedures, including exit paperwork and exit interviews.
    
    1. Employee Relations Assistance:
    * Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide assistance with T&C-related matters, including benefits, policies, and procedures.
    * Assist in resolving employee concerns or conflicts by providing guidance and escalating issues to T&C leadership as necessary.
    
    1. Training and Development Support:
    * Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and other development programs for employees.
    * Assist in tracking employee training and development activities, including participation and completion records.
    
    1. Culture and Engagement Initiatives:
    * Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs.
    * Assist in the implementation of initiatives to promote and reinforce the company's values and culture.
    
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
    • Prior experience in an HR support role or administrative position is advantageous.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRIS software.

    Salary Range: $65,000 to $70,000
