    We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs that enhance the knowledge, skills, and performance of our insurance professionals. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our team is up to date with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices in customer service and sales. Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and implement training programs for new hires and existing insurance staff. • Facilitate engaging and effective training sessions in-person, virtually, or through e-learning platforms. • Train employees on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, claims procedures, compliance requirements, and customer service protocols. • Conduct needs assessments and collaborate with managers to identify training gaps and develop solutions. • Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics. • Stay current with industry trends, changes in regulations, and company policy updates. • Maintain training materials, manuals, and documentation in alignment with company standards. • Provide coaching and ongoing support to trainees to reinforce learning and professional development. • Evaluate training outcomes and prepare reports for leadership. • Track and maintain current records of continuing education (CE) courses and license renewal statuses. • Monitor and update records for continuing education (CE) courses and professional license renewals. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a trainer or educator in the insurance industry. • Strong knowledge of insurance products (life, health, auto, property, etc.) and regulatory requirements. • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to adapt training methods to suit different learning styles and levels. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS). • Experience with instructional design and e-learning development is a plus. Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 yearly
