    Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Talent Development Specialist / Talent Engagement Specialist to join our team in St. Helens, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating talent development programs that enhance employee skills, engagement, and retention within our organization.

    • Develop and implement comprehensive talent development strategies aligned with organizational goals
    • Design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and learning experiences for employees at all levels
    • Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and create targeted development plans
    • Manage and optimize the use of learning management systems (LMS) to deliver and track training initiatives
    • Create and maintain a performance management framework to support employee growth and development
    • Analyze training effectiveness and employee engagement metrics to continually improve programs
    • Partner with HR teams to integrate talent development initiatives with recruitment and retention strategies
    • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent development and employee engagement
    • Facilitate mentoring and coaching programs to support employee career progression
    • Develop and manage the budget for talent development initiatives
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
    • 3-5 years of experience in talent development, learning and development, or a related field
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage employees at all levels
    • Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms
    • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing successful talent development programs
    • In-depth knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
    • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
    • Strong data analysis and reporting abilities to measure program effectiveness
    • Understanding of current trends in talent development and employee engagement strategies
    • Knowledge of performance management practices and their application in organizational settings
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools
    • Relevant certifications (e.g., CPLP, ATD certifications) preferred
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
    • Strong presentation skills with experience facilitating workshops and training sessions
