As a Talent Development Specialist/Trainer , you will play a vital role in enhancing employee training and performance through your expertise. The ideal candidate is a confident public speaker and passionate educator, well-versed in the latest tools and techniques to empower staff and improve outcomes.
You’ll lead training sessions in our office and travel to various locations, requiring flexibility and adaptability to diverse environments. The key to success in this role lies in being outgoing, approachable, and genuinely interested in connecting with a wide range of people.
This role emphasizes a selfless and empathetic approach, prioritizing the needs and growth of others. Patience, stability, and consistency will be essential as you foster meaningful relationships and engage with employees over time.

Training Expertise and Mission-Driven Presentation Skills:
Demonstrates a passion for supporting caregivers and helping others through effective training. Confident in leading both in-person and virtual sessions, using dynamic and engaging presentation techniques to inspire participants. Experienced in designing, organizing, and delivering tailored training programs that empower caregivers and meet the diverse needs of learners, all while advancing the mission of providing exceptional care.
Empathy and Inclusivity: Demonstrates patience and an understanding of diverse learning needs, particularly within hourly workforces. Builds trust and fosters an inclusive, welcoming training environment that values the unique challenges and contributions of employees at all levels.
Time Management and Organizational Skills: Ability to manage schedules, track training documentation, and maintain high standards of accuracy and compliance in reporting.
Adaptability and Independence: Capable of working both independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
** IMPORTANT TO KNOW:**
Please note that the trainer must be willing to travel to Janesville and Milwaukee for necessary training sessions.
The trainer role is primarily during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM. However, there may be occasions when night training sessions are required.
