    Responsibilities:

    Provide administrative HR support to General Manager and Property Management Team (PMT)

    Assist PMT with sourcing quality candidates by providing service and support via the following activities:

    Build strong relationships with Human Resources Recruiter, Talent Acquisition, HR Generalist, and hiring managers to ensure a firm understanding of staffing needs and open positions

    Coordinate with HR Recruiter to open new jobs in Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

    Review and update candidates’ statuses for all applicants in ATS

    Complete hiring workflow for all applicants in ATS

    Initiate and complete I-9 for all new hires, following all NCG practices and connecting with Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist with questions

    Complete new hire orientations and onboarding for hourly team members

    Initiate and complete I-9 for all new hires, following all NCG practices and connecting with Talent Acquisition and HR Generalist with questions

    Participate in applicable school/community career fair events

    Qualifications:

    Two or more years of general human resources experience

    Equivalent to associate degree in human resources or related business degree

    Willingness to openly embrace and actively demonstrate the company’s Vision, Mission, Values, Culture and Operating Philosophy

    Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-up skills

    Reliability and honesty

    Self-directed with strong work ethic and team first mentality
