Talent Manager
Location: Washington D.C. (Onsite)
Salary: $140-165K
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting in real estate development, a deep understanding of industry trends, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with various levels of management.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Source and engage candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry referrals.
Conduct screening interviews, assess qualifications, and match candidates with appropriate positions
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Relationship Building & Networking:
Establish and maintain relationships with top-performing professionals
Attend networking events, career fairs, and industry conferences to promote employer branding.
Develop partnerships with schools, training programs, and professional associations to create a talent pipeline.
Develop a college recruiting program and pipeline.
Recruitment Marketing & Employer Branding:
Promote the company’s culture, values, and career opportunities through social media and digital marketing efforts.
Develop compelling job postings and recruitment materials tailored to attract high-caliber candidates.
Utilize CRM and applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and recruitment data.
Industry Knowledge & Compliance:
Stay updated on market trends
Ensure compliance with fair hiring practices and employment laws.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of real estate recruitment experience (brokerage, property management , real estate financing, owner or real estate development staffing preferred).
In-house corporate recruitment experience for a company start-up
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Skills:
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
Experience using ADP WorkforceNow for as CRM
Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
Ability to work independently and meet hiring goals.
