SEP, a boutique staffing firm located in the heart of Boston, is hiring for a full-time Talent Sourcer to join their growing team. This is a recruiting position in which the incumbent will locate, identify, and vet qualified professionals for purposes of placing them for employment. This is a key hire that will utilize cold and warm outreach both on the phone and via various software tools to connect and build relationships with prospective candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize LinkedIn and our ATS software to conduct outreach and connect with candidates
- Partner with Account Managers and collaborate effectively to ensure a seamless recruitment experience for candidates
- Build genuine relationships and rapport with top talent, understand their aspirations and become their career advocate
Required:
- 1+ years of experience in a recruitment, sales, or customer facing business role
- Working knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office
- Ability to accurately record and input data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bonus skills:
- Prior experience utilizing and Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) to manage and track the recruiting process
- Prior experience sourcing and vetting financial or IT professionals
