Job Description
At Tamirior Insights, we are looking to hire an entry-level admin role for our hiring department. We are a new sales and consulting firm based out of Tampa and Saint Petersburg, working in tech and broadband network companies. Specifically, we are looking to hire on one recruiter for our company, ideally in this position, we would have someone start hybrid with options to move fully remote.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Call and schedule applicants
- Follow up on prospective candidates
- Face-to-face sales presentations to clients
- Data entry and coordinating sales numbers
- Daily sales training meetings
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Perform all other office tasks
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
