Shipping-Receiving Coordinator
THE TELECOM & AUDIO VISUAL TECHNICIAN I IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ENSURING THE EFFECTIVE DELIVERY AND ONGOING OPERATIONS OF DIVERSE TELEPHONY AND AUDIO VISUAL APPLICATIONS, PHYSICAL DEVICES, MOBILE COMMUNICATION SERVICES, AND THE ASSOCIATED TECHNICAL INFRASTRUCTURE CONNECTIVITY AT ALL WPCU FACILITIES. IN ADDITION, THIS ROLE WILL ACTS AS THE BACKUP FOR THE TELEPHONY SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR. LASTLY, THIS ROLE INTERACTS WITH ALL BUSINESS UNITS, AND ASSISTS WITH VARIOUS TECHNICAL SUPPORT NEEDS ASSOCIATED WITH THE WPCU BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
Required Skills
The person in this position must be thoroughly skilled at managing system vulnerability mitigation, be knowledgeable at managing networked telephone systems and their associated applications/servers, and possess the skills to configure and/or install audio visual equipment and peripherals.
