POSITION SUMMARY: Manager, Talent Acquisition will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. This position will work with hiring managers in the requisition intake process and partner with People Practices teams on processes to open and fill roles. This position will be responsible for facilitating staffing and selection of employees through timely recruitment, reviews of applications and resumes, scheduling of interviews and offers of employment.
