Job Description: Full Throttle Distillery Smokehouse & Grill is looking for an enthusiastic and personable Tasting Host to provide exceptional guest experiences by offering samples of our handcrafted moonshine, whiskey, and sipping creams. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people and sharing their knowledge of high-quality spirits in a fun and engaging atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

Welcome guests warmly and guide them through the tasting experience.

Serve samples of moonshine, whiskey, and sipping creams while explaining the unique flavors and craftsmanship behind each product.

Provide insightful and memorable descriptions of our products, highlighting what sets them apart.

Answer guest questions about the distillery, the tasting process, and the Smokehouse & Grill.

Uphold state and local regulations regarding alcohol service.

Ensure the tasting area is clean, organized, and well-stocked.

Promote retail sales by informing guests about purchasing options for spirits, merchandise, and gift items.

Qualifications:

Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Must meet the legal age requirement for alcohol service in Missouri.

Knowledge of or interest in spirits and distilling is a plus, but training will be provided.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a professional and safe environment.
