    Qualifications

    Demonstrate a strong understanding of customer service principles and steps of service

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Strong product knowledge of Italian food and beverages.

    Experience in all roles related to the front of the house; Hosting, service, and solid bartending skills

    Love to teach and share your knowledge of food and beverage with others.

    Valid Washington State Alcohol Server Permit

    Current WA Food Workers Card

    This is a full time hourly leadership position and does not participate in tips.

    ESR does not believe a heavy reliance on traditional gratuities is an equitable or modern way to compensate employees. Accordingly, ESR pays its hourly employees an equitable and agreed-upon hourly rate. While not expected, any gratuities that are left are split amongst hourly employees. To help ensure its best-in-class customer experience and ability to remain competitive, ESR adds a 22% service charge to all checks. Those service charges are retained (100%) by the house.
