Boutique CPA Firm located in Deerfield Beach, FL is seeking a Tax Accountant to join their friendly team. Firm offers an excellent work environment with minimal overtime during busy season.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Corporate, Partnership, Individual and Estate & Trust tax returns
• Responsible for client write-ups on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis including: bank reconciliations, adjusting journal entries, calculating depreciation, tracking fixed assets, preparing financial statements, and payroll calculations.
• Prepare quarterly and year-end payroll reports as well as sales tax returns
• Conduct tax research

Requirements

• 2-3 years of recent public accounting experience in accounting services and tax preparation of corporate, partnership, and individual Federal and State returns
• Strong computer skills, including QuickBooks, Ultra Tax, ProSystems or similar tax preparation software
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
