Half of this position will be preparing the 1120 and 990 tax returns for their for and non-profit entities, while the other half will be working the rest of the accounting team maintaining the general ledger, along with ensuring SOX compliance and SEC reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 3+yrs of experience of Tax Accounting with strong in experience preparing 1120 and 990 forms
• CPA certification or demonstration of a CPA track

Nice to Have:

• Experience preparing taxes for public entities
• Familiarity with SEC reporting and SOX compliance
