Job Title: Experienced Tax Associate/Senior Associate

Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Experienced Tax Associate or Senior Associate with 1-3 years of public accounting experience.

Key Responsibilities:

\- Prepare and review individual, trust, partnership, and corporate tax returns, including workpapers.

\- Draft client correspondence and tax-related documents.

\- Develop tax projections and planning strategies.

\- Research and analyze domestic and international tax issues.

\- Supervise and mentor junior staff and interns.

\- Build client relationships and understand their industries and trends.

\- Engage in networking activities.

Qualifications:

\- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; Master’s in Accounting or Taxation preferred.

\- At least 1 year of public accounting experience, with one busy season completed.

\- CPA license or CPA eligibility required.

\- Strong multi-tasking and analytical skills.

\- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication.
