    New Gig Solutions is excited to partner with one of our valued clients to find an experienced Tax Attorney to join their dynamic and growing team! This client is part of a leading business network focused on business strategy and development, tax-free retirement education, and non-profit charitable giving.     As a Tax Attorney , you will play a key role in providing expert tax guidance to clients, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and developing strategic tax planning initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of tax-free strategies, particularly in the context of investments and entrepreneurial ventures, and will be skilled at managing self-directed IRAs and ROBS structures. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to managing tax-related matters to help clients achieve their financial goals.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide expert tax planning and consulting services, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
    • Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns.
    • Research and analyze complex tax issues, providing clear and strategic guidance to clients.
    • Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize liabilities and maximize financial benefits for clients.
    • Stay current with changes in tax laws and communicate their impact to clients.
    • Assist with tax audits and support clients during regulatory examinations.
    • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.
    • Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive financial solutions.
    • Train and mentor junior staff members on tax-related matters.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Tax Attorney designation required.
    • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in tax consulting or public accounting.
    • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency with tax software and Google Suite.
    • High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
