As a Tax Investigation Agent , you'll:

• Speak directly with the IRS on behalf of clients.
• Prepare case summaries and request transcripts to support our Case Managers.
• Be the lifeline for individuals dealing with complex tax issues—no face-to-face interaction required!

This is a phone-based role where you'll gain valuable experience in tax investigation while making a meaningful difference in people's lives.

What We're Looking For

You'll thrive in this role if you:

• Hold a CAF# and have tax experience.
• Excel at phone communication with a professional and confident tone.
• Possess strong time management, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
• Have outbound sales or client engagement experience (preferred but not required).
• Are a team player who's eager to work in-office with other ambitious colleagues.
