    Role Responsibilities:

    • Mentor and lead an energetic tax team, fostering development and performance.
    • Oversee and strategically manage a range of tax engagements.
    • Conduct thorough reviews and manage the process of tax returns.
    • Undertake federal and state tax research to provide insightful strategic planning.
    • Analyze and provide insight on quarterly and year-end tax projections for federal and state levels.
    • Build and nurture strong client relationships through exceptional service and integrity.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • A minimum of 6 years of experience in corporate and partnership tax within the public accounting sector, with robust skills in reviewing tax work.
    • Leadership experience with a track record of effective staff development and coaching.
    • Possession of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; a Master’s degree in Accountancy is advantageous.
    • CPA certification is required.
    • Exceptional technical accounting skills with a comprehensive understanding of US GAAP and IRS regulations.
    • Proficiency in MS Office 365, particularly Word and Excel.
    • Experience with CCH Axcess, GoFileRoom, and AdvanceFlow is highly advantageous.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively in a collaborative environment.
    • Outstanding business acumen and leadership skills.

    Additional Information

    Salary $130,000 - $140,000
