The Tax Manager will play a critical leadership role in managing client relationships, overseeing complex tax engagements, and mentoring staff. This opportunity is ideal for a seasoned tax professional seeking career advancement in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

• Manage tax compliance and consulting engagements for a diverse client portfolio, including corporations, partnerships, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Review and prepare complex tax returns, ensuring compliance with federal and state tax regulations.
• Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to clients.
• Research and analyze complex tax matters, presenting findings and recommendations to clients and senior leadership.
• Mentor and develop staff, fostering a culture of professional growth.
• Collaborate with firm leadership on client service initiatives and business development efforts.
• Stay informed of tax law changes and proactively apply insights to client strategies.

• CPA license required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.
• Minimum of five years of progressive tax experience in public accounting.
• Strong technical expertise in federal and state tax laws.
• Proven ability to manage multiple engagements and meet deadlines.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
• Proficiency with tax software such as CCH, ProSystem, or similar platforms is preferred.
