Tax Manager

Client Engagement: Lead client engagements, advising on a full spectrum of tax services while developing meaningful relationships that foster trust and long-term collaboration.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow tax professionals to deliver high-quality services and solutions and ensure that our firm’s standards of excellence are maintained throughout.
Problem-Solving Expertise: Proactively identify technical and scheduling issues, bringing forward effective solutions to partners and clients, ensuring seamless project execution.
Mentorship and Leadership: Guide and mentor junior staff, providing performance reviews and investment in their professional growth.
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep abreast of the latest technical and regulatory developments in tax, empowering yourself and your team with up-to-date industry knowledge.

Your Qualifications:
Proficient in business taxation related to C and S corporations and partnerships.
Extensive experience in individual taxation, tax planning strategies for businesses, and high-net-worth clients, including multi-state and consolidated tax returns.
Previous supervisory experience with an interest in mentoring junior staff preferred.
An active CPA License.
A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required; a Master's in Tax is highly preferred.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in a public accounting firm or related field.
