    • Firm
      • Located in Winter Garden for over 50 years
      • 15 long term employees , virtually no turnover
      • Own our own building, easy parking, close to downtown Winter Garden
      • Tax and consulting only – no audits or reviewed financial statements

    • Position:
      • Looking for a Tax Manager with direct track to partnership
      • Must be a CPA (or in process) with at least 5 years of experience, 7-10 preferable
      • Must have tax return review experience
      • Does not need any sales experience, our client lists are full, we are currently not taking on new clients
      • Be a team player, willing to prep, review, manage firm, mentor staff, etc.
      • Desire to be a firm owner and partner, a key employee for the firm
      • Must not be more than 30 minutes from Winter Garden, most employees live with 15 minutes of the office

    • Benefits
      • Base Compensation $125,000 potential up to $150,000 in first year after bonuses/incentives
        • 2nd year partner salary up to $200k+
      • Hybrid, ability to work from home 1-2 days per week , flexible schedule around family, kids, etc.
      • Comp time – any hours worked over 40 hours are comped and used for vacation or extra pay during tax season
      • Tax season hours are 50-60 hours per week on average – February 1st through April 15th
      • Rest of the year we do 37 hours weeks for full time (we leave Fridays at 1pm) – free 3 hours each week
      • 3 weeks’ vacation to start, with Comp time it usually end up being 6 weeks
      • Standard holidays 9 per year
      • Retirement contribution of 5-6% per year (no matches, just direct contributions)
