Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions, including tax compliance, planning, and other business advisory services.
Conduct thorough technical reviews of diverse and complex tax returns.
Oversee engagement planning, including scheduling and assigning staff.
Mentor and support tax staff and administrative team members, contributing to their professional growth through training and development initiatives.
Manage client invoicing and ensure accurate and timely billing.
Qualifications:
Active CPA designation is required.
At least 6 years of tax experience within a public accounting firm.
Strong team player with a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, and a commitment to ethical standards.
Proficient in tax preparation and planning for partnerships, estates of high-net-worth individuals, S-corporations, C-corporations, and trusts.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
Experience with Lacerte, QuickBooks, BNA Tax Planner, and CaseWare is advantageous.
