    • Highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionists/Office Manager to oversee our office operations and support our team in achieving business objectives

    Manage daily office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient processes

    Work with clients on account reconciliations

    Collaborate with team members to improve office efficiency and productivity

    Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and maintaining office supplies

    Reconcile IRS tax submissions

    Customer relations
