Tax Partner - West Los Angeles

Roark's Client, a thriving and expanding firm in West Los Angeles, is seeking an experienced and driven Tax Partner to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a proven track record in tax to play a key role in our continued growth.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, including high-net-worth individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.
• Provide comprehensive tax planning and consulting services, including estate planning, business succession planning, and international tax.
• Oversee the preparation and review of complex tax returns.
• Research and analyze tax laws and regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Mentor and develop junior staff members.
• Contribute to the growth and development of the firm's tax practice.

Qualifications:

• CPA license is required.
• 10+ years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax.
• Strong technical knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to manage and develop a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. Master's degree in Taxation is a plus.
