At Protection Plus, we partner with tax professionals to enhance and grow their firms. As the industry-leading audit defense company, we are currently looking to expand our sales team. As an Internal Sales Consultant, you will play a distinct role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls per day, generating interest, and qualifying prospects. We are looking for a talented and competitive member of our sales team that thrives in a high-volume sales environment.

About the job:

First 30 Days:

• Participate in the company's hew hire training program.
• Make a high number of outbound sales calls to prospective clients.
• Maintain accurate records of all activities in our prospect database.
• Participate in team building and employee development exercises.

60 Days:

• Convert prospects to customers
• Form relationships with clients during the conversion process.
• Create follow up lists and tasks for prospects who show interest.

90 Days:

• Make routine follow-up calls to newly registered accounts to ensure participation.
• Do training and sales presentations.
• Possess the ability to be adaptable to different personality types.
• When needed, assist with general customer support for inbound calls from the company support line.

Qualifications:

1. Prior Sales Experience (Preferred but not necessary)
2. Ability to commute daily to our Winston-Salem office
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Strong presentation skills
5. Strong organization skills
6. Strong working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year (salary + bonus)
