THIS ENTRY-LEVEL POSITION IS RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Answering calls from a dialer.
• Qualifying and collecting basic client information then transferring the call over to a tax professional to review the IRS fresh start program to resolve their back tax debt.
• This position will handle a high volume of calls daily and we look to send over as many as possible to the sales floor to generate sales.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR:

• Call Center experience is not required as we offer PAID TRAINING.
• All candidates must have excellent communication skills and a go-getter attitude!
• We are looking for individuals that are self-starters, competitive, and have positive, contagious energy.
• The position offers competitive income opportunities such as cash contests, bonuses, and more!
• Compensation plans are performance-based with the potential to make even more!
• It is base plus commission and includes incentives $$$$$$$
