The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified teachers to meet the staffing needs of our educational institution. This role requires a strong understanding of educational requirements, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for recruiting teachers and educational staff, ensuring an efficient and effective recruitment process.

Use various channels to advertise job vacancies and attract suitable candidates.

Review resumes, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews.

Conduct initial interviews with candidates to assess their qualifications and suitability.

Maintain candidate databases to ensure accuracy and timeliness of information.

Job Requirements:

Recent graduate with a bachelor's degree or higher.

Strong interest in the education industry and human resources management, with knowledge of recruitment processes.

Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational skills, with a methodical approach to work, patience, attention to detail, and a responsible attitude.

Relevant recruitment experience is preferred.
