Elevate your career with Head Over Heels Gymnastics! We’re looking for experienced coaches to lead our Developmental + Xcel Programs. If you have a strong background in coaching team gymnastics, this is your chance to make a lasting impact!

Responsibilities:

Lead and coach structured team training sessions

Implement skill-based lesson plans to develop athletes at various levels

Provide expert instruction, ensuring safety and proper technique

Mentor and motivate young gymnasts, fostering confidence and growth

Communicate progress updates to students and parents

Contribute to program development and team success

Qualifications:

History of coaching team gymnastics is required

Strong leadership and mentoring skills

Ability to create a positive and structured training environment

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Physically able to spot athletes and stay active throughout coaching sessions
