Your Role:
Customer Communications: Handle bookings, emails, texts, social media, and phone inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Greet Customers: Welcome guests warmly, describe our photo experience and pricing, and convert walk-ins into customers.
Style & Dress Customers: Use your confident sense of style and love of empowering customers to help them select costumes that fit their vibe from our extensive 400+ collection. This includes close-contact assistance for tying costumes. Our clientele spans all gender expressions and ages (1-99).
Undress Customers & Maintain Costumes: Assist with costume changes, steam costumes, and restock and organize the costume closet. Perform minor repairs and maintenance as needed.
Customer Experience: Guide customers through the entire experience, from costume selection to navigating the facility, securing personal items, and sharing recommendations for other local attractions.
Leadership: coordinate studio coverage with part-time employees for 7 day work schedule May to November, other months of the year our schedule is 4 to 5 days.
Training: Drive costume styling standards and procedures with the studio manager, especially designed for high season and 12-15 seasonal employees in September and October.
Retail Sales: Promote and sell costume accessories, such as handmade witch hats and cosmetics, in-studio and at outside vending events. Present finished photo shoot images to encourage the best sales of printed and digital photo packages.
Administrative and Creative Projects: Support marketing efforts, studio operations, and other assignments as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:
A strong sense of style, color, and human sizing, with the ability to confidently dress customers of all body types.
Excellent customer service and hospitality skills.
Proven dependability and punctuality.
Experience working in small teams and training seasonal staff.
Command with office technology, including Windows, reservation systems, and creative tools such as Canva or Adobe. Cash register experience needed.
Ability to work on your feet for extended periods, including outdoors.
Capability to handle crowds while remaining polite and enthusiastic.
Experience in retail sales, hospitality, events and fast-paced environments is a plus.
Availability to work weekends and holidays is required.

Schedule: This is a full-time position with immediate availability. Weekend shifts (Friday – Monday) are required, and hours will increase significantly during the high season in September and October. We operate 7 days a week Memorial Day through November, with extended hours for haunted happenings. Our winters are quieter and offer great opportunities for travel and rest.
