Lead Team Member Expectations
- Participate in projects according to design specifications, including plantings, hardscapes, and drainage systems
- Operate various equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform regular maintenance tasks
- Load and unload materials and equipment daily
- Maintain accurate records of job activities and material usage
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective equipment
- Assist in snow removal during winter months
- Participate in ongoing training and safety meetings
- Maintain clean and organized work vehicles and equipment
- Communicate effectively with team leaders and colleagues
- Identify and report potential issues or concerns
- Support other team members as needed
Experience & Requirements
We value attitude and willingness to learn over extensive experience. However, candidates should have:
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Capability of obtaining DOT and medical card
- Reliable transportation to work location
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Basic English communication skills (Spanish language skills a plus!)
- Previous landscape or construction experience is a plus
- Basic knowledge of plant identification helpful but not required
