    Pay rate: $20-25 per hour, based on experience

    Schedule: full time hours

    Lead Team Member Expectations

    • Participate in projects according to design specifications, including plantings, hardscapes, and drainage systems
    • Operate various equipment safely and efficiently
    • Perform regular maintenance tasks
    • Load and unload materials and equipment daily
    • Maintain accurate records of job activities and material usage
    • Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective equipment
    • Assist in snow removal during winter months
    • Participate in ongoing training and safety meetings
    • Maintain clean and organized work vehicles and equipment
    • Communicate effectively with team leaders and colleagues
    • Identify and report potential issues or concerns
    • Support other team members as needed

    Experience & Requirements

    We value attitude and willingness to learn over extensive experience. However, candidates should have:

    • Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
    • Valid driver's license with clean driving record
    • Capability of obtaining DOT and medical card
    • Reliable transportation to work location
    • Ability to work in various weather conditions
    • Basic English communication skills (Spanish language skills a plus!)
    • Previous landscape or construction experience is a plus
    • Basic knowledge of plant identification helpful but not required
