Team Lead
Full-Time – Non-Exempt (Hourly) Position
Position Reports to Residential / Team Lead Supervisor
General Responsibilities:
Assists client(s) with daily living requirements, including but not limited to:
Meal Prep
Medication Administration
House Maintenance
Personal Care
Mentors staff within the home (Leads by example)
Manages significant social and behavioral challenges in a supportive, non-restrictive manner.
Provides timely transportation to medical appointments and social outings.
Documents and controls all accounts associated with the client(s) supported.
Makes certain all shifts are covered – covers shifts when necessary.
Monitors company vehicle log, timely service and maintenance of vehicle.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Manages and leads a team of employees in communicating company goals, health and safety practices, and meeting deadlines.
Motivates team members and communicates with Program Specialist to discuss programmatic needs.
Manages and reconciles monthly household expenses, i.e., food items, supplies, gas, etc.
Makes sure monthly paperwork is completed including daily T-logs, fire drills, medical appointments, and goal trackers.
Documents and notifies Point Person(s) immediately upon discovery/recognition of a reportable incident.

Qualifications: Associate’s degree (Preferred Related Field)
High School/GED (Required)
Two to Three years of residential experience (Direct Care)
Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
21 Years of age
