Team Lead

A Team Lead is a supervisory position and requires accountability to the Store Manager. This position requires morning availability from 9a-4pm. Pay is based on an hourly rate of $12.50 plus tips. (Our tips are shared via tip pool and paid out weekly. Our staff averaged $2-$5 per hour in tips. This is in addition to your hourly rate.)

Responsibilities amp; Duties

• In addition to Team Lead duties, you will also be required to act as a Treat Team Member as needed

• Oversee and hold accountable Treat Team Members for brand standards

• Become a Certified Ice Maker through online and in person training tutorials

• A majority of your shift will be following recipe cards to make ice in our production room, conducting inventory, putting away orders, etc.

• Handle cash and prepare nightly deposits

• Maintain cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the store

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age. Those under 18 will be required to furnish a work permit per PA law.

• Must be able to work at least 2 shifts per week (Mon- Fri) and 1 shift per weekend (Sat- Sun).

• Must be able to work at different venues- we do a lot of catering, fundraising and mobile events

• Must have reliable transportation

• Must know how to count money, wash dishes, lift fifty pounds, stand for 5 hours or more and be willing to clean.

• Be able to handle a fast paced environment while multitasking
