Trains new staff on program, office policy, and service of the client

Onthe boarding of new clients / Meet and Greets

Point of contact for agency and families

Encourages creativity and independent ideas for one-on-one work with clients.

Discovers training needs and provides feedback to administration/ Provide training

Communicates clear instructions to team members and motivates the team to meet goals

Covers between Adult services and agency Cases.

Over-supervised visit cases

Builds trust and camaraderie between team members

Influences valuable changes and positive outcomes

Consults frequently with key team members

Submits ideas to increase productivity

Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Displays a sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success

Supports the team in creating notes and data collection and submission in a timely manner- weekly

Checks in with team members regularly.

Answers phone.
