Team Leader For Real Estate Market Center
Exciting opportunity at the rapidly expanding Keller Williams office in Burnsville, MN for an Executive Team Leader role. We seek a full-time dynamic leader with a successful leadership background, not centered on sales. The ideal candidate should possess familiarity with KW systems and business models (although not required) and be open to relocating to the Burnsville market. We are in search of an accomplished individual with a strong leadership track record and high productivity levels. Compensation: • Competitive On Target Earnings of $175,000-$225,000 • Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) of 3 weeks annually • Opportunity for great bonuses Responsibilities: What will you do? These are the standards a well-above-average performer will maintain or exceed: • Use the Growth Initiative tools to achieve goals for appointments, gross recruits, net recruits, and profitability • Attain a dominant market share in target markets • Build Market Center to acceptable profitability Essential duties and responsibilities • Recruit sales associates – weekly (interview, select, hire) • Share Market Center value/opportunities story with all Market Center leadership and associates • Share Market Center value with recruits • Manage staff to acceptable professionalism and job performance • Research competition and develop business prospecting and marketing strategies to successfully compete • Conduct performance reviews of staff Qualifications: • Recruiting Experience • The candidate must possess exceptional interpersonal skills • Proficiency in goal-setting, planning, and ensuring accountability is required • Strong problem-solving abilities are a necessity for this role • A proactive and positive attitude is a must-have attribute • Above-average skills in recruitment are necessary for success • Preferred experience in career development and training • In-depth knowledge and experience in residential real estate is a key requirement Compensation: $175,000 - $225,000 at plan earnings
