    Job Summary: The Team Leader at Keller Williams Realty is responsible for driving the growth, productivity, and profitability of the Market Center. This leadership role involves recruiting top talent and coaching agents in the top 20% of the sales team, increasing market share, and ensuring that the office operates efficiently and profitably. The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with strong communication, sales, and business development skills. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruiting & Retention: • Identify, recruit, and onboard talented real estate agents to grow the Market Center – this is the main part of this role. • Maintain agent retention by fostering a positive and supportive culture. • Develop and implement strategies to attract top producers and new agents. 2. Coaching & Training: • Conduct regular coaching sessions, workshops, and training programs for the top 20% of the sales team. • Support agents in developing business plans and strategies for growth. 3. Business Development & Profitability: • Drive Market Center profitability through agent productivity and growth. • Implement Keller Williams’ models and systems to maximize business performance. • Analyze financials and key performance indicators to optimize office performance. 4. Leadership & Culture Development: • Foster a strong culture aligned with Keller Williams’ mission, vision, and values. • Promote collaboration and teamwork among agents and support team. • Lead team meetings to inspire and educate agents. 5. Operations & Compliance: • Ensure the Market Center complies with all Keller Williams standards and local real estate regulations. • Work closely with the Market Center Administrator (MCA) to manage daily operations. • Oversee systems, processes, and tools to support agent success. Qualifications: Qualifications & Skills: • Proven leadership experience in real estate, sales, or a related field. • Strong recruiting and coaching abilities • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Results-driven mindset with a passion for helping others succeed. • Knowledge of Keller Williams’ models, tools, and training programs (preferred). • Real estate license (required). Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 yearly
